"We wanted to visit Cypress Hills, this was the best option to stay, about 40 minutes drive out there. The staff was very cooperative. We did a late check-in but the manager quickly helped us out. The common area was open for water, breakfast which made a lot easier to manage our mornings and evenings with kids to stay there. I would highly recommend to stay at this place."
"So we had booked this place earlier in the year and at the time on Expedia we could only obtain one room for 2 nights and then would have to switch to another room for our final night. The price was reasonable and we were prepared to move. When we arrived at the property the front desk staff immediately made sure that we would not have to switch rooms. We didn't even have to ask. Then we got to our room and found it was a huge suite with a full kitchen, living room, two full bathrooms and a loft with a large king bed. Wow. Perfect location for our family reunion which was being held at a YMCA camp close by and easy to get to when we needed a bread from the reunion of 100+ people including many children. The staff were very accommodating and even though we didn't need the kitchen as the reunion had planned all the meals the huge room was very restful for a couple in their late 70's"
"We had a very enjoyable stay in this cozy cabin. It was very clean with many things to enjoy even on a rainy day. It’s also in a great location with beautiful scenery and many trails nearby. "
Secluded Peaceful Guesthouse ~ Spectacular Dark Sky
10/10 Excellent
"We are a group of 8 70 year old classmates/spouses from Alberta and Sask who have been keeping touch with one another via weekly Zoom sessions since Covid 2020. This guest house was the perfect size and location for us. It was great having no tv/wifi during our 3 night getaway. We did day trips to Havre, Montana and across the park to Fort Walsh in Sask, both within 1 1/2 hours of the house. Families wanting to enjoy the beach, golfing, skiing etc would love having these activities all within a 15/20 min drive around Elkwater. The property was immaculate and extremely well supplied with everything we needed for our stay, and the night skies were breathtaking. Our host was very quick to get back to us with any questions we had. Wish our stay could have been longer. Highly recommend!!!"
