« Had a terrific stay at Isle Waterloo. Great hotel with good amenities. The rooms were clean and updated. Hotel staff were all friendly. The food was excellent but we wish there was a true morning hot breakfast other than grab and go sandwiches during the week and not only on the weekends. The casino paid out as well as a casino typically does. The pool had loud echos in the space but we enjoyed the hot tub. « I wanted to extend my stay but the price went up by more than double, I asked if they matched hotels in the area and they said no. I checked out and gave their competition my money for another 5 nights! The breakfast was the same thing for my 3 night stay so nothing great. French toast sticks were so hard you couldnt bite into them. I own a business and if someone wanted competitor pricing I would give it to them as I do not want to lose them as a customer! »

« Room was dirty and smelled rotten, staff was rude except the nice lady stocking towels, she was sweet. No amenities listed online, and the self advertised "free coffee" isn't a thing. Trash everywhere outside empty cases f alcohol stacked everywhere around the building »

« We arrived to a musty/stale cigarette smell. My husband checked the air filter and it was completely dirty. The bathtub would not drain. We would have to take showers in 30 minute increments so the tub would drain. There was mold around the tub. The smoke alarm was not attached correctly to the ceiling. We also noticed chips on the floor that was left from a previous guest so it makes me think the room wasnt cleaned properly prior to our stay. The carpet was frayed and dirty. The tub did not...
