Pet Friendly with small fence for pets. (no pet fee) If you have more than 2 pets, ok with approval. 2 Bedroom, 1 bath, single family home with carport. Bring your vintage vehicle or motorcycles. Approximately 2 miles to downtown, Mt. Airy (Mayberry), less than a mile to hospital, less than a mile to highway 52, 89, 601, 74, and 77. Only blocks from Restaurants and shops. Such a convenient location. Once in a while, guest are having problems booking vrbo with pets, no pet fee, so it does not hurt reservation if pets are not entered on the booking. Just put in narrative you have pets.

Well appointed, comfortable and perfect location. We enjoyed the outdoor space watching the squirrels with morning coffee. Nicely located for bopping in and out of town. Will be returning!

Mayberry Trip

Beautiful house, very easy to check in and lots of amenities. The car port area was peaceful to sit underneath in the afternoons and was probably my favorite part of the trip. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.

Truly enjoyed everything about our stay here. Only complaint is that it was too short of a stay. :). The house was so comfortable, great night of sleep in the beds and coffee under the portico in the morning, watching the town wake up made my day. Betty is a wonderful hostess and has thought of everything, right down to the chalkboard “Welcome” and flyers on the attractions we mentioned we were visiting. Loved our ride in the Mayberry squad car and tour of Mt Airy. Definitely need an entire weekend or more to take in all this town has to offer and this VRBO home. Traveling with your fur babies? This is the spot for you!

Absolutely Perfect Stay

Absolutely lovely home that is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The host is so personable and engaging. She even had a welcome sign for us and our greyhounds, which put a huge smile on our faces. They are super pet friendly and the home has all amenities with so many little touches that truly make a difference. This will certainly be our go-to place to book whenever we are in the area.

My husband and I came to Mt Airy for an anniversary trip. So glad we found this gem. Being able to bring our fur baby is very important to us. The owners love dogs and were very welcoming to ours. Best owners and the cutest house

We cannot stop raving about this house. Aside from being adorable, it has ANYTHING you'd need. Betty and Jerry are so friendly and gracious. They had me at "you don't have to clean anything." We loved the decor, the size, the amenities, the location--all of it. We will definitely be back!
