The room was of good quality but small for 3 people, cramped so be wary if you are booking this option with a bed sofa like in our case. The TV was really old and awkwardly positioned beside the bed, banged off it a few times getting in and out of bed. As in other scandinavian hotels we've visited the bed linen was 'noisy' and very soft pillows. Breakfast was excellent but there was zero interaction with the staff, no welcome, no conversation, it all felt very robotic especially compared to the bar staff who were warm and friendly." When booking, the hotel is presented as offering amenities such as a pool, spa, sauna, and hot tub. However, approximately three days before departure - we received an email stating that access to the pool/sauna/hot tub area would cost an additional 300 SEK (about $30) per person, per day. This was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking, and the timing left little opportunity to make alternative arrangements. Beyond the unexpected fees, the overall standard of the hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, there were champagne corks left on the floor in our room. Several drawers were broken, and the shower did not drain properly, filling with water up to our ankles within minutes. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.
