« Asked for 2 beds on 1st floor in reservation. Got 1 king bed & small sofa for 3 guests. Found changed accommodations when we went into the room. Would appreciate being told of change before arrival or at time of check in. Found Only 2 towels. No extra pillows. Was told housekeeper has been ill. Arrived late. Had to ring for assistance. We were tired travelers. Check in lady was nice & attentive but had small child with her. Breakfast was ok. Parking ok. Will not return to that hotel again. »
