« The house is HUGE. Plenty of room for 11 adults and 6 grandkids. House was clean and a very easy drive to the house. Plenty of parking for 4 vehicles. Beautiful views from every level. The only negetive, and it is completely out of the owners control, was that the lake was not filled for the season yet. It did come up about 10 feet while we were there. We were able to make a short walk to the water but it was not in front of the house.Everyone had a great time and would all love to rent this...

« Very nice house. Plenty of room. Extra living room/TV area in the basement. Host was very responsive to any questions. My Wife’s Dad uses a walker. Only two small steps to get in the front door. He had no issues. Nice deck for hanging out. Plenty of seating and nice grill. Soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the showers was a nice touch—just like the hotels. Also, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay there again! »

« This was our second time staying at the Cozy Cottage. The description of the house is accurate. Once again, we found the house to be very clean and well stocked with dishes and linens that we would need. The location is convenient to our relatives who live in Greeneville and is near stores, shops, restaurants, and historical sites. There is WiFi which allows you to stream networks while you relax in the evening. We love that there is a washer and dryer at the house as not all rentals have one...

« I can’t give enough stars for how wonderful our stay was! First, Andrea, the host, was great! She was so kind, friendly, and accommodating! She could not have been easier to work with! Second, the property was pristine. It was a perfect space with everything you need and was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. 10 out of 10 recommend! We will definitely be back! »

« We rented this house to be close to the lake for the guys in the family. We were able to park a boat trailer and have plenty of parking for other cars. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and game room. The water is lowered in the winter months and we would love to stay again in the summer when the water is up and use the paddle board and kayaks! Home was nice and clean. »

« The house was very nice inside and out. No issues with cleanliness or checking in. We booked the house hoping to do some fishing (we booked during spring break towards the end of March) however the water levels in the lake were extremely low, we later found out this is controlled by the TVA and is usually raised during summer months only. The roads to get to the house are winding, steep, and narrow mountain roads, and the house is about 20min away from a grocery store/gas stations. Not terrible...

« We booked it during Christmas was just what we needed they put us a full size Christmas tree in the house decorated everything my wife and the kids loved it everything was like they said it was going to be The only problem we had was the hot water went out they came immediately the electrician came fix the hot water and they brought us donuts and coffee for breakfast for the inconvenience I will be booking this house again »

« We found the house at Mossy Point Way to be very clean and spacious, with plenty to do for our grandchildren in the game room, hot tub, and the lake shore to be explored !! We were there for Thanksgiving and having two kitchens was very helpful. Each kitchen was small, but well enough stocked with utensils and pans to cook the entire dinner for 14. The bedrooms were far enough apart for sufficient privacy and quiet, as were the common spaces. We would stay there again. »
