"Our stay was everything that was promised. The premises were as luxurious as the surrounding could possibly permit (i.e., out in the middle of nowhere). The tent was relatively bug-free; the plumbing worked great; the bed was comfortable. It was easy to lounge around in the common area, and comfortable to wake up at 5am to admire the stars and watch the sun rise. "They are berbers and I received generous warmth and welcoming even during my 1 night stay. It was tranquil and calm with the date palm that lived for more than 200 years, beautiful peacocks walking freely and a cozy room! I slept like a baby! Even though, it was quite isolated but i really did enjoy my stay there and regardless communication break down with the staffs but their warmth gesture speak louder than words. The owner was there too and I was thankful with his assistance! I could not ask...

"Such a great experience! There are 8 tents, so it’s a very small group of guests. We all arrived to snacks and tea and were brought to our rooms. The dinner was very delecious followed by a show! It was fun to have the small group of guests dance together by the fire to the music. The rooms looked like actual hotel rooms. The bathroom had a shower with hot running water and was very clean. Everything is solar powered. The staff were all very friendly and charming. They help you book camel rides...

"I finally found the piece of paper with names of people to thank at the front desk. I had a problem charging my phone and the following people actually lent me their own chargers for an hour or two: one time in the evening and one time in the morning. Thanks to Mohammed (and Yasmine) and Abderrahmane! Thanks again to the terrific front desk staff! You help me a lot with the lending of the phone charger and you and me feel welcomed at the hotel. The only issues that I did not know about is that there was no heating in the room, only cooling. And I missed the information about the airport shuttle location -- but I finally found it and it was a terrific easy service to get to the hotel from the airport. Overall, it was a great place to stay. "

"I visited during the AFCON 2025 tournament in January, and interestingly, this was the same hotel the Super Eagles of Nigeria stayed in—they had checked out just a few hours before I arrived. The exterior of the hotel was a bit misleading at first; the frontage was quite busy with parked cars and taxis. However, once inside, the atmosphere changed completely. The lobby was spacious and welcoming, though it occasionally felt a little chilly. The pool area looked fantastic, but the weather was too cold to enjoy it. Breakfast was outstanding—truly one of the best I’ve had in recent times, both in quality and variety. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is a major plus. It sits right next to a mall, making it extremely convenient with plenty of dining options just steps away. It’s also within walking distance of many places, which made getting around very easy. It definitely looked like a good pick for a resort type experience when the weather (temperature) allows for it. In my time there, it was a bit quiet in the common areas due to the chilly temperature. "
