"Our stay was everything that was promised. The premises were as luxurious as the surrounding could possibly permit (i.e., out in the middle of nowhere). The tent was relatively bug-free; the plumbing worked great; the bed was comfortable. "Such a great experience! There are 8 tents, so it’s a very small group of guests. We all arrived to snacks and tea and were brought to our rooms. The dinner was very delecious followed by a show! It was fun to have the small group of guests dance together by the fire to the music. The rooms looked like actual hotel rooms. The bathroom had a shower with hot running water and was very clean. Everything is solar powered. The staff were all very friendly and charming. They help you book camel rides...

"They are berbers and I received generous warmth and welcoming even during my 1 night stay. It was tranquil and calm with the date palm that lived for more than 200 years, beautiful peacocks walking freely and a cozy room! I slept like a baby! Even though, it was quite isolated but i really did enjoy my stay there and regardless communication break down with the staffs but their warmth gesture speak louder than words. The owner was there too and I was thankful with his assistance! I could not ask...

"Fabulous place for a trip to Marrakesh literally 2 mins and you are in JEF Rooms are large and very comfortable and clean, breakfast very good but it is served on the roof which is up three flights of steep steps so be aware of this if you have knee problems Staff were very nice and helpful Highly recommend "

"Me & my partner have just come to the end of our 9 night stay in this hotel and all I have to say is we will be back! Easy check in & out. Facilities are always kept clean, including our room which was cleaned everyday & given fresh towels which we really liked. Food had a good variety to it. We enjoyed that there were activities you could join in throughout the day. Evening entertainment was good, animation team do their best to try keep it fun for all ages :) Lastly a massive shoutout to all the staff! You really cannot fault them, everyone we encountered were all very polite & helpful which made our stay even better. Ismail & a young lady in particular (so sorry I didn’t get your name) who work in the buffet restaurant were so good to us while dining! Making sure everything was okay & drinks were topped up (even remembered what we drank so we never need to say, drinks would just come over to us) - Small things like this made our stay so easy & enjoyable which is just what we wanted. Thank you for our stay, we had a brilliant time."
