"This cabin was truly the most amazing, comfy, cozy, and magical place to spend our days in Fairbanks. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely immersed in the Alaskan vibe—the decor is beautiful and thoughtful, and the cabin is equipped with absolutely everything you could need. We stayed during extreme cold, with temperatures reaching -45°F (-40°C), and to our amazement, the cabin still had running hot water the entire time. Being able to come back from our activities and take a hot shower was everything—it made our trip so much more comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect. It’s far enough from downtown Fairbanks to feel surrounded by peaceful nature and trees, yet close enough to everything you need. Running Reindeer Ranch is only 5 minutes away, and it’s just minutes from Aurora Camp and Murphy Dome—honestly, this is exactly where you want to be for aurora watching. On top of all that, the owners are incredible. They live just a couple of minutes away, so in case of any emergency they’re right there, and they are extremely responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly, highly recommend!"

"We had an absolutely exceptional stay at the Nottingham House!Brittany was wonderful to work with—the booking process was easy to book and communication was incredibly clear and friendly.The house itself is a beautiful space and truly lives up to the word exceptional. It’s clear Brittany has thought of everything a guest could need. The special touches she added made our stay truly special, and we were so impressed by the amenities, including a French press and a rice cooker!The focus on guest comfort was evident everywhere, especially the beds: the mattresses were very comfortable, and the memory foam pillows were a huge bonus.The beautiful location made our trip unforgettable. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights right from the back yard!We plan on booking again next time we are in Fairbanks. Highly, highly recommend!"

"The cabin was easy to find from Fairbanks Airport, clean and with sufficient space/amenities for our 2 night stay. The owner responded quickly to our communications and the lock system worked perfectly. The surrounding area is beautiful, close to the Running Reindeer Ranch & Chena Hot Springs/Recreation Area (highly recommend) as well as Ivory Jacks less than 1 mile away. The cabin was supplied with coffee AND sugar, so no need to purchase the 7 small bag of sugar at general store. Our only suggestions would be that the sliding pocket door in the bathroom could use a handle for easier & more complete closing, and the porch would feel safer with a railing.All in all, the Cozy Cabin lived up to our expectations and was a great start to our trip!!"
