« Quiet country setting, we stayed 4 nights for a family wedding. Chris is very communicative and quick responses. Easy access with nice parking. Our 27 yr old son stayed with us and for 2 night 2 young men his age that all had parts in the wedding. Only downside we experienced was both bathrooms are accessed only thru the bedrooms. No access from living areas. Place is very clean, beds are super comfy, bathrooms are updated, living room has plenty of seating…. WiFi is good. Did not use TV. Front...

So you will see construction workers around you and trucks passing in front of your windows. *NO WIFI -- wifi was ok when I checked in but not working in the morning. « Nice glamping experience. Bed was comfortable, coffee good, good location. Separate bathroom was clean and serves 4 cabins. We were there during the week into the weekend. We had the bathrooms to ourselves during the week. All four cabins were filled for the weekend, but no long waits for bathroom access! I am an early riser though. I liked it. Paonia is pretty slow, I would not go back to spend time there. We were OHV riding. »

« Most comfortable bed is stay in anywhere! Amazing views from the porches..Water access is via outside spigots like campgrounds, except they were being overwatered by sprinklers using non- potable irrigation water that you had to get wet accessing, otherwise it was the sink in the bathroom. Sprinklers over sprayed the access road to the cabins, not ideal on a motorcycle. Two bathrooms were creatively installed under a grain bin, however, the only vent was an open window exposing you to showering...
