"Staff was absolutely awesome!!! I made the reservation, then realized I would be extremely late. I called to let them know and they accomodated me so well checked me in prior to midnight then confirmed my ID when I arrived just before 3 A.M., in fact made me feel so welcome it was a breath of fresh air when compared to other hotels that have stated they can't even let me stay when I check in after midnight! Room was excellent...not sure if it was intentional but lights were on when I opened up my room which made it feel welcoming as well and the room was nicely updated, breakfast was pretty good included hot food all of which was great! Security guard was awesome!!! "

"Check in was horrible. The guy checking us in was MIA for about 15 minutes. Showed up with a negative attitude and overwhelmed. Put us in a dirty room. Seemed like that was no big deal with assigning us another room. A lot of people hanging around. Pool area was dirty, no towels. Questionable crowd hanging out in there so we decided not to use it even tho that was the primary reason for selecting that hotel in that area. Free breakfast the next morning was better than we expected. Even offered Greek yogurt, which was nice to see. "

"Breakfast wasn't anything special. Very small selection. Our room was clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets were rough and scratchy and the comforter was extremely lumpy. The TV was terrible to operate. The lady at the front desk seemed confused and her English was almost impossible to understand."

"Room was clean. Staff at the dining space were excellent. Parking is to be paid upon arrival - $5/night +tax. They do not validate. Using the Bonvoy app, housekeeping did not provide the requested items - extra towels, shaving kits. Upon checkout I was informed that the reservation paid through Expedia was a deposit and was charged an additional $35. A friend who booked another room, was charged a second time for the total amount and they said they would release the initial “deposit”. The facility could use a little maintenance - the elevator shaft door on floor two doesn’t close all the way and the call light indicator has been damaged. Overall, due to the additional fees/runaround, I would not stay again."

"Parking and location were great for our needs, the room and the hotel were clean. Staff was a little elusive at the front desk. The breakfast was okay. Our room had a very slow draining bathroom sink and missing furniture. Where the chair and footstool are in the pictures, there was just a big, empty space, which was kind of odd. One of the window blinds couldn't be put all the way down because the string thing was missing. There is no restaurant selection in the vicinity, it's all chain garbage. Overall, it worked for our function, but it wouldn't be our pick next time. "
