« Food was greasy and cold. Was told pool was heated. It wasn't only hot tub. Room was nice. Staff was OK until check out. We did make a mess on the sheet and it needed to be replaced. Staff was very rude about it and over charged on the deposit refund for 1 sheet. They thought 40 was an OK amount to keep. They said we made the towls dirty. We didn't. »

« Very disappointing stay. The hotel was extremely noisy, with young guests partying all night and no staff intervention. The cleanliness was really poor – the sheets were stained and yellowed, the floor was very dirty, and there were only two towels provided for a room of four people. On the positive side, there is a restaurant next door that is very good and worth trying. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. »
