"Once again, next to the ice machine and the elevator. Is this a given with an Expedia booking? A pack of tweens had the ice machine going from nonstop from 9-11 p.m.. That along with the hotel’s construction noise almost made the spaciousness of the room irrelevant."

"The parking is expensive the breakfast buffet was expensive also and the food was stale I went to get orange juice it tasted like water and the lady explained that there was no more I expected more for the price that we paid for breakfast. For dinner we had crab cakes that had an overwhelming lemon taste to them. The hotel was very nice aside from the food and parking "

"I rented this hotel for my wedding day, and the experience was terrible. The room was so dirty that I had to order cleaning supplies through DoorDash and clean it myself. There was also no housekeeping staff available. The room was filthy, and I had members of my wedding party stay there as well because it was close to the Maggiano's Little Italy where we were having the wedding. They told me they found what appeared to be bedbug stains on the bed. This hotel should be shut down. It was disgusting, dirty, and has no business charging people money for conditions like this. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, this hotel ruined my wedding day."

"Wonderful place, very convenient, and comfortable for the whole family. Host was very accommodating and prompt to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend. The only thing I suggest is to bring an eye pillow if you are staying in the master bedroom. Skylight is above the bed. Just a helpful tip, place us Wonderful! "

"The directions were hard to follow--too much info, with the most important info at the very end. The location and check-in with the only access via the back alley over uneven pavement with poor lighting to a dark door and then a dark apartment was very disappointing. Once inside there were several rugs that hiked up, forming trip hazards. The host was very responsive to our message about the cold temperature. Despite lots of fancy appliances, I ended up using the microwave to heat water for tea. There was street parking but it was at a distance because of the alleyway entrance, with no access at the front."

"Staff was excellent in every way throughout our 4 night stay. I hate to name specific people, because each one was A+. However, I would be remiss not to give a specific shout out to Sarah in the International Lounge. She was so pleasant, and welcoming each night. We would definitely stay at the Washington Plaza again."

"Perfect place for myself and pup for an out of town wedding. Neighborhood is walkable and safe. Loft was comfortable and had what I needed. Would love a full length mirror but not a dealbreaker. Would stay here again!"
