« Overall we enjoyed our stay here. However several unexpected issues arose. I did speak to the rental management agency and he did quickly help with a couple issues (step ladder, as cupboards are for taller people than I am; and oil for the squeaky doors), and said he would notify the owner about others. We did meet the owner - friendly guy. So, instead of a lower rating, I am rating 4 stars, on the assumption that some/many of the issues will be corrected. -the unit is on the 2nd floor,...

« Very soothing little oasis outside Mancos. Nicely appointed, quiet, with lovely, lush green surroundings. Felt very private. An easy, short drive to Mesa Verde. My singular complaint is that it needs better pillows, but that's such a minor issue. »

« Super-clean, quiet location. Charming house on a ranch. The beds were a little small, and there is no tv, but it was great to rest and recharge and relax. The host left fresh eggs in the refrigerator for us. House is remodeled and was a comfortable place to stay after a day of exploring the area. »

« The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez. »
