The new room was clean but the hot water barely worked and it only remained hot for 5-10 seconds at the time, so showers were very uncomfortable. We did say the hot water wasn’t working, they did not fix it nor offer a solution. The rooms are little apartments with a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine (but not soap). Location wise you NEED a car, and there is parking included, but is a bit tricky to get there. It is not near any restaurants or amenities, making the need of the car even more apparent. Overall I would not recommend except if you are looking for cheap apartments and you are planning on driving everywhere.
