"The hotel was very old and out dated, staff was not very friendly and when we got the room key it didn't work. Then we were given a different key for a completely different room. Court yard was not clean and pool looked gross. Tried to check out a day early and they said they could not help me and couldn't tell me if they would refund anything. Don't think we will be back to this hotel."

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Overall, the room was clean although the toilet had not been cleaned at all and it really needed to be cleaned. This was obviously just an oversight but an unwelcome arrival gift. I found an excellent rate on hotels.com so couldn’t expect too much. That said, only bar soap is provided. It would have been nice to have had shampoo ."
