"The property is great. But for me the people who work here really made the stay amazing. They are all kind welcoming people that did all they could to make our stay amazing. This place is well located and literally offers everything you need for your trip. From rental car services to a place to hold your bags before check-in and after check-out. "Great location, parking attached. Quick drive into Ponta Delgada, public parking is very inexpensive. Staff was very nice and responsive, easy access to beach. Breakfast is included, generous portions, great breads and fresh fruit. Shower does not drain very well, and the pool is very small. Hot tub is not very full and lukewarm temperature."
