"Very convenient location, easy access to restaurants, places of interest"

"Great location"

"Excellent location, great accommodation, and lovely helpful staff."

"Great staff, the property could use an upgrade—or at least the room I was in. Carpet and furniture were older. Restaurant and staff there were outstanding."

"Second time staying here, great location. Clean, AC, and running hot water."

"Centrally located, clean with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom with a shower with good water pressure!"

"Viajé a Oaxaca por un tema de salud y, aunque no fue el motivo ideal para viajar, la estancia terminó siendo mucho más agradable de lo que esperaba. El lugar era tranquilo y cómodo, justo lo que necesitaba para descansar y despejarme un poco. Lo que más disfruté fue la vista nocturna de la ciudad, ¡ver todas las luces desde ahí fue realmente bonito! Me ayudó a relajarme y a sobrellevar mejor esos días. Sin duda, me quedo con un bonito recuerdo y volvería con mucho gusto."

"Great location and nice room, staff were mostly helpful"

"This is a charming property with walking distance of the Zocalo. Room was clean; WiFi was spotty and I couldn't get the TV to work but I wasn't in my room enough to matter."

"We had a wonderful stay at Casa Arrona! The hotel was great, the location was perfect, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Teri, who checked us in and made us feel so welcome. She was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend staying here when visiting Oaxaca."

"Amazing experience staying here for our trip to Oaxaca, walking distance to sites and restaurants of the historic city, great service and clean/quiet hotel with a really great included breakfast"

"Good hotel close to the center of town"

"The best hostel I’ve ever stayed! The building is so cool, everyone is so nice, the rooftop is unreal, I made so many good memories there despite 2 nights stay, highly recommend"

"Excellent location, beautiful hotel, and kind and friendly staff."

"hotel staff was very nice and the hotel was cleaned and the front desk people very helpful with getting us a taxi to the airport. Wi-fi service was a plus to us."

"Staff was great"

"Free coffee and water. Very central location. Rooftop with panoramic views. I enjoyed my stay."

"Very clean and overall pleasant. Communication was tough with our minimal Spanish, and staff’s even more minimal English. Close to the centre without being too close as Oaxaca can be quite noisy."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, I didn’t like having to ring the door every time for exit/ entry"
