You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Peaceful, comfortable retreat with pool 

Just outside Montcléra in the stunning Lot region and set in acres of land. Well equipped, peaceful holiday home with a pool, surrounded by fields. Easy drive to markets, towns and restaurants. Great WiFi. Pets welcome. Lots of easy on site parking.  
English and French television.  
We ask dogs are kept on a leash as we have cats.  
The space  
Enjoy to pool, large sun patio and comfortable garden furniture. Guests are welcome to take walks around our private lake.\*\*pool not open until June\*\*

Loads of secure on site parking.  
Large covered patio and private BBQ facilities.

Swimming and fishing lakes just 5 minute drive away.  
Nearest restaurant 4 minute drive away.

Other things to note  
The land is fenced but it is not secure fencing, dogs can go under it. We ask that dogs are kept on a lead as we have cats, ducks and horses.
