Dinner was served at request, excellent Sicilian cuisine. Staff ready to assist in any needs, really personal experience, felt like royals in this beautiful villa with a modern twist fully updated. Highly recommend if you visit Messina in Sicily"

"Giovanni was looking for us as we approached the B&B. He speaks some English and we speak some Italian, it was enjoyable. There are 3 rooms here. It is an old building and is well located. Not modern, but comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony. Perfect place for us to stay within easy walking distance to the center. We were able to park quite close. All in all very good place to stay!"

"This hotel property has the potential to be an amazing stay along the beach front. Very disappointed lack of communication from the reception staff. The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! Housekeeping was clean but unpleasant smell through the air conditioning. Strained carpets throughout the building and room. Have stayed there before thought may have been improved. I will never...

La literie est parfaite, les chambres sont spacieuses, salle de bain très bien équipée. La dame de l’accueil (Carmella ?) qui parle le Français, est adorable et très attentionnée ; Merci pour toute sa gentillesse. Possibilité de garer sa voiture gratuitement juste en face de l’hôtel ; Seul problème (qui a déjà été soulevé par d’autres commentaires...

"The Place is near to the sea and right next to a bus station. There is a good restaurant and a few lilttle bars aswell. Lorenzo is really a nice host and he cares about. The breakfast he made was one of the best i had after 8 weeks of travelling. In general he let you feel very welcome and is easy to talk to. The Room and bathroom is very nice and clean. You have plenty of space. One thing what didnt worked out that well was the wifi downstairs. There is no connection. Expect of this its perfect...
