Our bright vacation home is situated right next to the large pool (mid june to mid September) and its cabana and the bike / hiking path in summer or the ski-in ski-out trail within 10 feet of the property. You will benefit from all the luxurious comforts of your house, A/C, flat screen TVs, free high speed wi-fi internet and fireplace for the cooler months or relax by our 2 paved stone patios equipped with patio furniture and gas BBQ. You will benefit from heated ceramic floors in the kitchen and main bathroom, bamboo wood floors in all the rooms as well as brand new granite countertops in the kitchen and main bathroom. We have a storage unit / locker big enough for 3 bikes or 6 golf bags in summer or a family load of skates, skis and snowboards in winter. The pond is right behind our unit as well as the 60 ft waterfall is a short walk and both are lovely. In winter, the pond is a large maintained ice rink complete with hockey nets! The condo is a ground floor unit with parking right in front and a nice sitting area out back. It was well equipped with a nice kitchen, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Maintenance can be improved and we pointed out a number of issues like very slow hot water in kitchen, old fry pans, light bulbs out, a BBQ that needs cleaning and no place to plug in phone chargers near beds. All the windows were stiff which made it difficult to get fresh air. None of these issues were addressed while we were there for 5 days, but owner did thank us for feedback.
