Nice quiet spot. Good for families & romance

Pros: Location, staff ,rooms , Spa & breakfast.
Cons: USB connections in the rooms. Indoor pool needs to be definetely bigger.
Staff very warming ,helpful & welcoming. Some small details to update the rooms. Lack of USB connections. Breakfast is nice but need to have more varieties e.g. Hamburger, sausage ...etc

Nice Hotel

Posted 26-Apr-2016
Pros: Nice ambiance and right by the lake.
Cons: Room cleanliness. There was crust under the try from spilled milk, smudges on glass (looks like a child licked the glass), wash sheets properly.
Location: Location is great. Close to village and to lake. Everything is close by.
Went away to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary and stayed for three nights. Chose hotel for star rating and location. Room was not cleaned properly and the sheets smelled like an old man (We were a bit disappointed about that). Overall we enjoyed our stay and it is a nice little hotel. A little more choice at breakfast would have been nice.

This is a very old hotel that has had a great deal of renovations and upgrades. The room was a one bedroom suite in very good condition...a king bed, fireplace two bathrooms, a pullout sofa and a balcony. We have been to Mt Tremblant several times, but never stayed here before. We knew they had an excellent restaurant and we're looking forward to eating there. However to our disappointment, it was closed as it is coming into the shoulder season. The saving grace is that they have a shuttle to the pedestrian village that runs until 11:00pm. The concierge took a great deal of time to find a dinner reservation for is for which we greatly appreciated

Muy comodo

El hotel está muy cerca del área de ski a 5 min es cómodo, limpio y las personas que ahí laboran fueron siempre muy amables. Las habitaciones formidables con dos baños que para nosotros que íbamos con familia fue la mejor elección

Disappointing costumer service

Posted 25-Mar-2016
After I had stayed at this hotel, shortly after I left, 3 times I tried to contact them because I had forgotten some clothing items in my room. They ignored all my three attempts and nothing was done to get my things back. I'm very disappointed with this hotel, I would not recommend it. God forbid you forget something, the staff will do absolutely nothing to help you recover it and you'll never see it again.

Room is of moderate size with good kitchen facilities. Breakfast does not have many choices but coffee is good. Located 8 mins away from the village by shuttle. Overall shuttle is good except once, we waited for half an hour to get on finally because the bus was changed and no hotel name on it. Hot tub is great.

Love it. Very private and away from the confusion

Posted 11-Mar-2016
It's our second think there and we love it. The only complaint I have is that there should be a little more to do in the lounge at night. The pool table was often occupied. Apart from that excellent

Perfect For Large Group

Posted 10-Mar-2016
This was the second time I've stayed at the Chateau Beauvallon and was just as impressed this time as I was last year. It's ideal if you're staying with a large group as the rooms are spacious and accommodating for six. In addition to being spacious, the rooms are very clean and well maintained, modern, and stocked with kitchen necessities. The split cost of the room per night with that many people makes it 100% worth it over staying right in the Tremblant village. There is a shuttle that takes you into the village with all of your gear every half an hour starting at 8AM. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great in comparison to most, and the restaurant has excellent food but is quite expensive. The indoor pool, mini gym, lobby bar, hot tub, and common room are well maintained as well. I'd recommend this to any large group of people in town interested in an upscale and comfortable hotel for a long weekend or extended stay in Trremblant.

Very easy access to the mountain.

Second year stay amazing price vs quality. The shuttle works perfectly. The continental breakfast needs to improve, overall experience excellent.
