"Hotel was very crowded for World Cup and Pride. Nearly impossible to get breakfast due to long lines and out of stock products. Very noisy in common areas. Design of window shades is clunky and you can hear others raising/lowering their blinds in other rooms which can wake you up out of a deep sleep. Kitchenette is a nice touch and we appreciated not having to use plastic ware. Staff seemed overwhelmed by occupancy volume. We asked the front desk for extra pillows three separate times over two days before finally receiving them. The TV and stand seem too large for the room and gets in the way. Shower on/off handle on opposite side from shower head which is nice but not having a shower door is not nice and leads to water getting all over the floor. Check in/out experience was great. Room service stopped by and when we said no to cleaning they still offered extra towels which was appreciated"

Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Seattle Center

"It was super nice. The only negative is there are no towels racks or hooks in the bathroom. The grab bar is on the other end of the shower entrance which defeats the purpose of the safety device. There were only one towel and wash cloth for each person. The coffee is only dark coffee. The breakfast is not included. $22/each. Other than that, it was excellent. Great location to walk to the space needle!"

AC Hotel by Marriott Seattle Downtown

8/10 Good

"Good walking distance to tourist attractions. Filtered water station was available on our floor. The fitness center was sufficient. Parking fees were unreasonably priced. One elevator of the two was out of order for our entire stay. Waiting for elevators were lengthy. We ended up using the stairs quite a bit and we were on the 9th floor. When checking past reviews, it looks as though this has been an ongoing issue for awhile. We were there for 5 days and only had our room cleaned twice. Once we had to request it because we were out of toilet paper, clean towels, and coffee."
