« The hosts were great! The minifridge, microwave, coffee maker, coffee and tableware were very convenient.The rooms were clean. The location of the bathrooms/sinks were a bit odd. « Drove 7 hours with my daughter to visit her college she is attending in the fall. The code to access the fob worked perfectly and I was able to enter the building. Upon arriving at the door to enter the apartment, the same code that was supposed to work for the apartment door did not work. I contacted the host via phone, text, email, and VRBO and they were unresponsive. I was not able to enter the property and had to find separate accommodations. « We thought we where going to have a suite with a patio and barbecue pit what we got was a small room with 2 double beds they changed our room to a room with 2 queen beds we had no microwave or refrigerator in the morning our coffee pot was broke so went down to lobby and there was know coffee and they had the fridge locked for continental breakfast ask desk clerk why she told us they where having hot breakfast in the fusion restaurant that’s why everything was locked s o we went to dinning room...

« Well, it is a small place right on the trail. No front desk but the connected grocery store was very helpful. Check in was a breeze, although leaving my bike in the lobby made me nervous. Thankfully a helpful staff person assured me it would be ok and it was! While the store doesn't sell beer, they pointed me to a little restaurant bar two blocks away and James the bartender was the best. Good burger, fries, and cold beer! « I walked to the front desk, using a walker, and was handed the room keys to be informed that the elevator was out and to take the two flights up. Then given a room around the back of the building that was nothing like what we had booked thru VRBO. I had 3ft of hallway and a room to be in for my stay! The restaurant that was to have a breakfast buffet was clearly closed for a while. We left on Monday morning. »
