"Recently remodeled & updated room was newly carpeted & wallpapers bathroom had a walk in shower which was great! Breakfast was good had a variety of foods hot & cold. Front desk staff was friendly,. Iknowledgeable & helpful I highly recommend staying here"

My only feedback would be to do something about the bed frames as there seemed to be some loose components that the mattress was sitting on that made the bed feel a bit like it was not set-up correctly (double queen room #225). Other than that, everything else was great."

"I most likely would not pick this hotel again. The door did not automatically lock when we left the room and we didn't realize left it open while we were out. Reported it and said they had some issues with some doors and would address it. The faucet in bathroom sink was loose and moved around. The towels were more like hand towels not bath towels (needed a few just to dry off). The common areas were not that clean. Very surprised for a Hyatt to be a little run down like this."
