« The house was perfect, has a fenced in backyard, the beds are comfortable, the couch was comfortable. Even thinking about booking again but this time with my family. Overall I'd give it a 5 out of 5. Perfect little getaway!! »

« Lovely property. We gathered for a family Christmas, four separate families with kids ranging from 7-15. The home is spacious and had plenty of room to meet our needs. There is so much space!! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we could need. We loved the retro decor and it was neat to have the Christmas decorations for our celebration. Host was very communicative. Overall a great stay for us. Highly recommend! »

« The property was nice and modern looking, and decorated nicely. The location by the lake was awesome and it is also close to Grand Rapids itself so you are nevee too far from fun activities! The hot tub for this rental was down, but we were allowed to use the hot tub by the other unit which was very nice, however it was not very private. Also be aware that the listing says "private hot tub", but it is actually shared with nearby units and not exclusive to your party. When trying to clear this up...

« The property was accurately reflected in the posting. The host was accessible and responsive. The spacious floor plan, well equipped kitchen, easy parking, and comfortable seating made our stay very relaxing. Bonus points for the fenced in yard for the dogs, sunrise view, and decorated in a way that made every room surprising and fun! This property is so accessible to shopping, touring and eateries, yet country living. We'll be back! »

« The house looked like it wasn’t cleaned prior to arrival. There were sex toys next to one of the beds and sex toy boxes in the trash can. There was blood smeared on walls and the couch was dirty. We never found the remote to the TV and there were no cups in the kitchen. The sheets were dirty too. I would not recommend this place. »

« There was a bit of a hiccup getting in at first, but the home was everything we were looking for regarding spaces available. It also had a very nice kitchen and we also enjoyed the arcade games in the basement rec room. »

« The hosts were very responsive with any issues. Once you look past the obvious things that raise concerns with the property it's obvious that the hosts have provided for a comfortable stay for their guest's. Nice kitchen and very well stocked with utensils and space for everyone. Beds are all memory foam and very comfortable. Plenty of linens, hot water and good heat. We enjoyed several long walks along the trail. Quiet, secluded. Overall a very good stay. »

« The locks were difficult to use, so despite us entering the code correctly, the door didn’t open. There were times when we would be stuck outside for a while repeatedly trying to get in. The sheets were not clean and had a white substance on it. The floor were very uneven and in part of the home were coming up. There was only one and half roll of tissue. I inquired about more, but the owner said it was under sink and it was not. There’s no dish sponge to wash the dishes with. There’s no plates...
