Private Hot Tub, Fireplace, Indoor Pool You can enjoy the peacefulness of Moab yet only be a couple of blocks from downtown. A 5-10 minute walk is all it takes to get to the heart of downtown Moab, so leave your car parked and walk into town or use one of our 5 bicycles to get around town! This twinhome in the Cottonwood Condominiums was completed in the summer of 2008 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room has a 46” LCD high definition TV with expanded cable and a DVD player. Alternatively, curl up with a book in front of the fireplace. The dining area has a large table that easily seats 8 adults. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 40" LCD TV. There is a spacious walk-in closet and large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space for storage. The 3rd bedroom contains a twin bed over a full bed bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed as well. It will sleep 4 people if needed. The living room contains a queen-size sofa bed. High speed Internet access is available and there is a desktop computer available for you to use or you may connect your own computer to the secured WiFi network we have. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Kitchen was stocked very well and there was even a coffee grinder!! The owners provided bicycles, coolers, and even a hot tub to use during our stay. Bathrooms had hair dryers and shampoo and conditioner. There's a garage and driveway for parking but if you're pulling a trailer it could get complicated. There was ample street parking but we did not want to leave our rig on the busy street (our buggy is open with no way to secure). We had a great stay and pleasantly surprised by how large the living area and kitchen were. We were in moab for a bike race, so we really appreciated the large garage that also had about six or seven cruiser bikes. We had everything we needed. Plenty of space, and the kids loved the bunk beds. We loved reading by the fireplace in the mornings and sitting on the patio in the afternoons. Walkable to downtown Moab with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, but super quiet at night for a great night's sleep.
