"Rooms are outdated and resort extremely overpriced "

"The poolside was comfortable with chairs and cabanas. Ice is available on one floor only. I paid $5 for a beach chair and it was full of sand and a dirty Kleenex stuffed in a pocket. The toilet looked like it was never flushed. I don't know if the water stained it or if it was dirty. They do have a nice area to sit outside with a few games, i.e., foosball. The front desk mostly confused me. "

"You have to pay a daily fee after you spend 5.5k for your stay. This fee covers beach, chairs/umbrellas, pool access, two bottles waters, and bicycles for 2 hours a day. He are hunting down staff for 2 waters just to not die of hydration, beach umbrellas were never available. Be prepared to stand in a 1/4 mile line at 8:30am to get an umbrella, no pool seats available ever. All taken. You can use the cabana for an extra $550 for that day. lol. Nothing is available but they charge you anyway. Your credit cards are charged and so is your room, very confusing to add up the bill at the end. Restaurants on top floor are denied access even if you’re wearing a 35k Rolex, you can’t get in because you’re not wearing a pink popes collar fake Gucci shirt. I hated it "

"Stayed here for a girls’ trip. Food and drink were good, Service and staff attitude were inconsistent. Some were very helpful while others had to be reminded of various requests. The grounds were nice but the website photos made it look better. The pool and rooms were misleading, outdated and disappointing. Very family oriented with lots of kids but TV channels were spotty and no option for streaming. Few shops and options within walking distance for restaurants, bars, etc.. "
