I went to the front desk and demanded a refund and they said since I booked through Expedia I could not have a refund and I only stayed in the room for a total of four hours… "

"One of my rooms had an unflushed toilet, and the refrigerator constantly made noise and one of the dresser drawers would not close Room 218. The gentleman that checked us in was rude. I didn’t know how the pay worked with the rooms and he got short with me about it."
