"Pas de chambre prête à notre arrivée, très sale, sans eau chaude, sans toilette et sans clim le 1er jour, le 2ème jour changement de chambre mais toujours pas d'eau chaude, cafard dans la chambre, chambre hyper humide avec une odeur hyper désagréable. "The pictures are deceiving. Positive thing is that the room is spacious and AC is fantastic. Everything else is something to criticize on. I.e a ton of mosquitos, washroom is full of stains, the doors to the bathroom doesn’t close properly making mosquitos to fly into the room through the bathroom. The bed had mattress cover but no blankets whatsoever and had to explicitly request one, which showed up as if a few cats picked a fight in it. "
