WELCOME TO THE 💦SPLASH PAD💦 GORGEOUS BRAND NEW first floor BEACHFRONT CONDO located on Miramar Beach at the Windancer Condo Resort. This one bedroom completely renovated (to the studs !) “PAD” can sleep up to eight people. FULLY RENOVATED for 2024, every single inch of this condo is brand new!!
The first floor location allows you to walk right in, no elevators, stairs or roads to cross… then walkout to your private patio facing the pool and the Emerald Green waters of the Gulf of Mexico… The beach is your backyard and playground! Additionally, this is the ONLY first floor unit with TWO FULL BATHROOMS and TWO FULL OVER FULL hallway bunks.
The Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Chick-fil-A, and Winn-Dixie are directly across the street, and dozens of restaurants are within a one minute drive… This condo has the most perfect location! Hope to see y’all at the 💦SPLASH PAD💦

Family Vacation

This condo is 100% top notch! Every little detail was carefully thought out from the layout to the decor, it was perfect! We came the week of July 4th with 5 guest. The condo was extremely clean and furnished with the best. It was in a great location and very easy to access the beach and pool. Parking was also super easy as it’s tucked away from the busy roads but still super close to all the restaurants and shopping! We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

So much goodness packed into this condo. The unit has everything from functional hooks for hanging beach towels, queen bunks, and two bathrooms to fun aesthetic choices, terrific access to the pool and beach, and efficient location for shopping and groceries in Destin. The owner is easy to get a hold of and very responsive. We’ll be back!

Great vacation

I was hesitant to rent this property because it didn’t have any reviews. I could tell that it was under new ownership and the pictures looked great so I gave it a chance despite having no reviews. The condo is absolutely beautiful. It’s been newly remodeled and all of the appliances and finishes are top notch. It has two full bathrooms which was very nice. Be aware that if you have little ones there is not a bathtub in this unit. Both bathrooms have walk in showers with no closing shower door/curtain. We loved being on the first floor and being able to walk out the back door and get to the beach quickly. This unit has the pool blocking a full beach view but our 5 year old liked the easy pool access. There’s plenty of space for people to sleep. My only complaint is that there isn’t enough seating in the living room. Other than wishing this place had a big comfy sectional we thoroughly enjoyed it. Kitchen was well stocked and there were even extra (nice) rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. There’s no dresser or drawers in the bedroom but there are plenty of shelves. There were also plenty of hangers in the closet.
