Additional Notes: 1\. There is a second custom bar top in back yard and 4 more bar stools so up to 8 people can hand out there an have a place to sit at once. 2\. There is a second, smaller home on the back of the property behind your backyard. This home is going through light interior renovations during the day, not noisy, and is currently vacant during the nights. This will soon be completed and listed with the main house and will add 2 bedrooms + 1 bath. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house except for the unfinished basement with a separate entrance.
