You can not get a better house ON THE LAKE to enjoy with family and friends!

Sip your morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful sunrise from the front porch. This Classic Nautical Beach home has 4 bedroom, two full bath that has been completely updated with refinished hardwood floors, ceiling fans and period details throughout.

There are plenty of sleeping arrangements with 4 bedrooms, 10 beds that sleep up to 15 guests. Owner has a second home on Lake 2 blocks away for larger group or other family members/friends to share in the fun!

Cook great meals in the fully equipped kitchen or grill out, and dine in at the separate large dining room table. The living room has comfortable furniture, smart TV and WIFI throughout. There is additional Smart TV in lower with full sized washer and dryer.

Just a short walk across the street to the beach, lake, concessions, set your eyes on one mile of shoreline at North Beach, voted cleanest beach in Wisconsin for 2004***. Life guards are on duty during the summer. The nearby Riverside, Pugh, and Reefpoint Marina makes this location water sport friendly. Bring your boat, jet ski or wave runner. There are 12 sand volleyball courts. The North Beach Oasis is a concession stand on the beach where you order tasty treats, adult beverages and you can hear live music on the weekends.

Charter a boat for excellent salmon and trout fishing. Walk two blocks to the Racine Zoo. Walking and bike paths are right outside your front door. Kids will go crazy over the new two million dollar playground located on the beach and another in the zoo. Sample some of the fantastic nearby restaurants.

Whether you're looking for peace and quiet or an exciting fun-filled vacation, this home offers the best of everything.

I would rank this rental as one of the best that I’ve ever stayed at. I had to communicate with the host several times before our arrival and he responded immediately and was very accommodating. The house was very well furnished and clean. We had family members in town for a funeral and we were able to all get together at the house comfortably. I highly recommend the Beach House.

Perfect Family Reunion at the Beach

Our group of 9 easily fit in this nice beachside house. The property was great and as advertised. We mentioned to our host that we couldn’t find the coffee grinder and he proactively had one delivered incredibly quickly. Great communication, great host, great stay. Highly recommended.

Great stay at great location with great host. Just across the street to beach and playground. A few blocks walk to zoo and other attractions (shops, restaurants, marina). Annual charter fishing trip on Lake Michigan with family from St.Louis and Louisville. Place works out perfect for access to marina and downtown restaurants. Nice view of North Beach front deck. Place really fits our needs for beds and lounging area.

Nice home for families. Park across the street for kids to play plus the beach. Only downfall is possi le ecoli and issues if you want swim in the lake. You have to read to signs along the beach for safety.

Lovely Getaway by the Lake

This was my third time staying at this lakefront house with a group of my friends. The place is spacious, offers plenty of bedrooms, has a wonderful enclosed porch, and easily fits a large group. As a bonus, Lake Michigan is right across the street and it's very easy to access the beach. One of the best perks is the amazing sunrise views in the morning!

New Years Celebration

13 family members, ages 9 to 54, convened at the Beach House for a holiday reunion. They appreciated the original wood finishes and beach artifacts throughout the house and particularly the great view of and proximity to Racine's famous North Beach right across the street. In fact, 8 members of the group participated in the annual New Year's Day Splash & Dash into Lake Michigan!Host Mike was very welcoming and easily available from beginning to end of the stay, with ongoing inquiries to insure the comfort of his guests.

We have rented another of this owner's properties in the past, right on the lake, and appreciate the ease of communication and the homey feel of the property. As we went in the winter, we didn't take advantage of the BBQ or the outdoor spaces, but everything looked very fun!

Lots to do

Enjoyed the local food--especially kringles and cheeses. Was beautiful fall weather with fantastic fall colors everywhere and loved the pumpkin walk at night at the zoo. Lots of things to do and convenient to get together with other family who lived in Illinois and Wisconsin. The view was enjoyed by all. Thank you for your hospitality.

Wonderful family reunion

This beach house is perfect for my children, their spouses, and my grandchildren. We love the view and easy access to the beach. The house is well -stocked with plenty of towels and everything else we needed for relaxing stay. This is our second year renting this place and we hope to come back again.

When we arrived at the property, we were graded by the property managers son was very helpful in the process explaining what was going on with the city water construction construction that was happening when we arrive. Overall, everything was perfect have no complaints. We really enjoyed staying at the property. The views were spectacular and we plan on coming again, thank you so much.
