Super Cute! Super close to the beach in Broadkill!! Hurry and book your stay in this freshly updated dog friendly home. It won't last long!! With three bedrooms and sleeping for six, this home is ideally located for your beach vacation. Take your morning coffee up to the beach to catch the sunrise and then hang out for a day of beach-combing or sunbathing. Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner) Ask your agent for details Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. House is right by the dunes so in a few steps you can hear the ocean or walk to the beach. I just needed some quiet time away from home and work and spend some time with the family.
