« I left on Sunday. Still awaiting my refund from security deposit.
The place was very nice but it’s not a condo p. Rather an efficiency with not place to sit and eat. Half the small bar was taken up with a huge air fryer.
I am old. It took multiple trips down an uneven walkway to get my luggage in and then back again. Groceries would be a chore also. I only ate pizza one night and instant oatmeal for one breakfast. A Keurig would have been nice. Had to go out to get coffee. The coffee pot...

« The perfect location! Safe and walkable to anywhere in Asheville. Nice kitchen appliances and dishes. Very spacious and open living area. Host was quick to respond. Great welcome package containing coffee, filters, dishwasher and laundry pods and more. The washer and dryer were wonderful since I stayed a week. We had some trouble with the televisions, but host sent tech. We also needed a broom and one was delivered the next day! Very responsive! »
