« The property is very convenient for a visit to Texas A&M, We have stayed here on two different visits to Texas A&M. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the beds are great. Kitchen is very nice and has just enough to get you through a few days. I would definitely stay here again. »

« This was a perfect place to stay for A&M graduation ceremony. So convenient! The inside looks just like the photos. It's very spacious, clean and modern. I would stay here for a month if I needed to. It feels like being at home with every thing you could possibly need. Great communication with the owners as well. »

« Nice enough place that was priced right. I only stayed one night. The host happened to be there on site when I arrived and was responsive to a minor cleaning issues. The mattress is very firm. But the place was quiet and I slept well enough. I didn’t use anything in the kitchen or the washer/dryer. Didn’t use the WiFi. It was a fine and value priced room for a night. »

« The fan was not working in our bedroom, I sent a message about it on day one, crickets. No response.There was a water leak coming out of the hardwood floor, I sent a message, cricket. No response or attempt to repair it.We saw and reported several roaches in the kitchen area. No response to that either.Cat litter and cat poop dumped from the previous tenants. Right in the middle of the driveway, I reported it to them, no response. Overall, communication was very poor. Not to mention the items...

« The entire apartment unfortunately smelled like urine, extremely potent on the stairs and in one corner of one of the bedrooms. Clumps of hair on the floor of the bathroom. Plenty of space and the beds were clean though. »

« Overall great place to stay and exactly as described. The updates inside are nice and the beds were comfortable. Communication from property manager was great. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the surrounding location. Proximity to campus was great but location and outside of building is dated. Not much they can do about it though and again the inside was very nice. Felt safe while staying there with my family though. »
