Rapporto Qualità prezzo può andare . Una Persona alla reception mi risponde ai problemi solo dopo aver chiamato per telefono il responsabile. Televisione non funzionate invece di risolvere il problema mi dice non possiamo farci nulla e di non aveva camere disponibile per cambiare . Quando ho rifatto il trolley per andare via e chiedere il rimborso un'altra lunga telefonata con il responsabile e mi cambia la camera

A day in Milan

We arrived a couple of hours before the check in,expecting to be able to store our bags but hoping to be able to check in. The clerk at the desk accommodated us as the room was room was ready. He gave us a map of Milan, sold us tickets for the bus/metro and explained how to go to downtown Milan. Instructions were easy to follow. We picked this hotel as it was fairly close to the the Central Bus station and we had a very early bus to catch the next day.I mentioned that as we had such an early bus the next day,that we would probably miss breakfast and he said that we could come down 15 minutes earlier BEFORE official opening, WOW!, most accommodating.The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.The location was not central but for us, it was convenient as it was close to the bus station. Most importantly, the staff was very accommodating,and friendly and seemed to care about their guests.That's important when booking a hotel room.

Alt, abgestaubt nicht empfehlenswert

Wir waren für ein Konzert in Mailand. Das Hotel liegt diesbezüglich gut. Ca. 30min zu Fuss. Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und macht einen mehr als verstaubten Eindruck. Das Bett ist eine mittlere Katastrophe. Barbara am Empfang war sehr freundlich, da hört das Lob jedoch schon auf. Und für diesen Betrag den wir zahlen mussten, war das Gebotene einfach nur schlecht. Zu erwähnen ist noch die Ringhörigkeit. Fazit, sucht ein anderes Hotel.

Das Giuseppe-Meazza-Stadion ist 30 min Fußweg entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber und dementsprechend eingerichtet für 2 Sterne. Leider zu wenig Personal. Der Hotelier war Hausdame, Zustädnig für die Rezeption und zu gleich zuständig für das Frühstückbuffet. Das sog. große Frühstück wie es das Hotel anbietet war er ein mickriges und auf das nötigste reduzierte Frühstück d.h Cornflakes, crossiant, Toast, zwei verschieden Sorten Kuchen,Nutella, Marmelade, Butter und zwei Säfte zum Trinken. Das „Buffet“ war schon um 9 Uhr fast komplett leer. Um 9 Uhr gab es für mich nur noch ein crossiant, ein Toast und Stück Kuchen. Also das Fazit für das Frühstück fehlt ziemlich schlecht aus. Das Frühstück findet auch im Innenraum des Hotels statt d.h direkt vor dem Eingang. Die Gegend vom Hotel sah ziemlich verlsssen aus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit dem Bus zu erreichen.

Ho soggiornato solo per una notte in virtù di un offerta. Camera matrimoniale spaziosa e confortevole. Riscaldamento al minimo, posizione dell’hotel scomoda, bagno standard. Buono il Wi-Fi la ricezione della tv e l’aspetto dell’hotel oltre alla professionalità della reception.

Un buon albergo con un ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo! Personale gentile e cordiale, camera pulita e in ordine. Buona la colazione. La nota negativa è stata la stanza che si affacciava sulla strada e si sentivano le auto passare. Ma nel complesso lo consiglio.

Geen speciale kamer, maar je betaalt ook weinig en mét ontbijt inbegrepen! Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Er is echter niets te zien in de omgeving. Je moet al naar het centrum van Milaan rijden om wat te zien/beleven. Daar we echter op doorreis waren maakte het echter niet zo veel uit.

Hübsch, klein, verkehrsgünstig gelegen

Das Hotel hat 2 Sterne, dafür ist es sauber, die Zimmer sind relativ groß, daß Frühstücksbuffet ist ausschließlich süß, aber für die Kategorie reichhaltig. Liegt direkt an einer vierspurigen Straße, wir hatten unser Zimmer Richtung Innenhof und hörten fast nichts. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis.
