Time for a face lift. The bed was uncomfortable and even though it was supposed to be a queen it was too small to actually be one. The towels all had old coffee stains on them ... Please let it be coffee stains. You could see daylight around the wall a/c unit. The refrigerator had standing water on the shelves from the freezer melting. The pool was drained so we couldn't swim. You could hear people in the rooms above and beside us talking as if they were in the same room as we were. I found 3 old ink pens behind the night stand when I went to plug the iron in and tons of dust in the corners so it'd been awhile since they'd cleaned behind things. Both room key card stopped working and had to be reprogrammed. We couldn't adjust the air or heat to a comfortable level.
