This peaceful home has everything you need whether you’re here to boat, fish, go to the beach or simply relax. Grill out on the patio while sitting under the lighted gazebo then relax in the hot tub while taking in the sounds of nature. This home is conveniently located across the street from a public boat launch. Ample parking - five trucks and trailers welcome The space \-- Inside -- This home fits 8 adults comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a guest room with a full size and the other with a queen. All the bedrooms have TVs. There is also a full size pull out bed in the sitting room. All linens, towels, pillows are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all essentials, a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergents, coffee. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The house comes with WIFI, games, puzzles and DVD player. \*\*The house is controlled by Alexa - ask her to turn on the lights - play your favorite band or what the weather is going to be for the day. \*\* \-- Outside -- Firepit, propane grill, outdoor patio furniture, lighted gazebo, hot tub. Ample parking for boats and trailers - estimated 5 vehicles with trailers can be parked in the front (parking on the front yard is allowed.) Boat launch conveniently across the street. Guest access House is keyless entry & will be provided the code prior to check in!
