"As a VRBO owner myself, with 5 stars, I would expect the hospitality of owners with guest to be much better. They wrote a message to me a day before arrival stating there is no internet, and call them for the check in details. There was not an “I am sorry for your inconvenience.,..” They did try to have a company fix it. And after 4 days without, they had someone drive up a hot spot box. We used our own data for days. "The setting was beautiful (Peyragude near Loudenvielle in the French Pyrenees) but unfortunately the condo was completely infested with hundreds of flies, every day I'd vacuum them from the walls, ceilings, beds, bathrooms, etc. and every day more would hatch (clearly nests are permeating the space). Pointed it out to the property manager but they made no attempts to do anything about it for our entire week-long stay. Also, they said bed linens and towels were included in the rental, however...

"We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is in the beautiful picturesque town of Cauterets. The home is clean and comfortable and the views of the mountains were spectacular. We stayed 3 nights and hiked 2 days, one to Lake Gaube which was a beautiful alpine lake. The second day we hiked from a trail head within walking distance of the home. Etienne gave us recommendations for a nice restaurant right at the waterfalls. But we missed lunch service by about 30 minutes. Would definitely stay here...

"Nous avons utilise ce chalet comme base pour une semaine de vélo avec familles et enfants. Nous étions au maximum 9 adultes et 5 enfants à coucher mais jusqu'à 15 adultes et 7 enfants pour les dîners! Jamais il nous a semble nous marcher sur les pieds ou être a l'étroit. Nous avons particulièrement apprécie sa situation avec Cauterets à pieds et son arrangement avec les 3 zones de couchage séparées et surtout les pièces à vivre isolées et accessibles de l'extérieur qui permettent d'isoler...
