"Never said construction would be happening, random doors were open constantly and in the pool area, it was 34° outside. All the ice-makers were broken and you had to go to the front desk for them to get it from the kitchen. 2nd floor reeked like weed, I could’ve smoked myself, there was no accountability. The lids for the coffee didn’t even fit the cups:.."

"Breakfast fresh. Kitchen clean/ I did feel safe in the parking lot. I like this place. The staff and manager were very helpful in finding us a different room than we were assigned."

"You are paying for the beach view. Hotel was not clean. Cleaner never came to my room and called twice. Hall ways had sand dust and filth and never cleaned it. Towels on beach a day later. Sheers in bed were dirty snd had to call to get them changed on first night. Most places in hotel were not open which was not disclosed during booking. "
