"This property does not have a breakfast buffet as stated in the property details. The front desk staff was rude. It also took 3 calls to housekeeping and the front desk before I received the towels I requested. "

"Front Desk staff was amazing! The room had no hot water for an extended period of time while I was there. So I could not take a shower and I had business appointments during that time. Also, my room was not clean when I left and returned."

"Have more staff so I wouldn’t have to wait close to 30 minutes for check in. Plus the room had to be changed because of a strong cigarette smell. The new room had things left over from the previous person. "

"The breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful. However, the only issue that I had was you couldn't walk on the actual carpet in the room. After taking a shower or anything of that nature. The carpets need steamcleaned bad. Your feet would stick to the floor/ get dirty all over again. My room had, multiple things patched like the wall and shower tiles. But for the cost of the room, I wasn't that upset with the patches. The main concern was how dirty the carpet was."

"Room was clean. However pool was extremely small and you had to book your time to go. Also the staff were not friendly and never answered the phone when calling down to get more pillows and blankets for the room. "
