"The breakfast menu was fresh, hotel within a walking distance from the casino which was very nice!! Parking was safe and everyone was really nice!!"

"The breakfast was fresh and lots of options. Pool area and rooms were very clean and well maintained along with all the public areas of the property. "

"Breakfast doesn't start until 7am on the weekends, which normally wouldn't be an issue, but we were there for a volleyball tournament that started early so we were unable to get food before leaving. The staff when we checked in was not very friendly. There was something resembling snot on a bath towel and there were ants in our room. We didn't notice them until my daughter moved her bag the next morning, otherwise we would've requested a different room. The TV is also not very user friendly, and was quite slow when attempting to turn the channels or get to the guide. The beds were comfortable and appeared clean until we discovered the towel and the ants. "

"I love the history of the hotel and all the photographs on the hallway walls of old Glens Falls and the surrounding area. I only wish that some of the framed photographs had information telling us where and when they were taken. My room was really beautiful and looked out on City Park. The pool was exactly the right temperature, and the hot tub was wonderful. However, next time, I'm going to ask for an accessible room, because my bathroom had the lowest toilet I've ever seen - great for kids, but not for senior citizens."
