"We had a trouble and it was nightmare to find the location GPS took us to a surreal haunted place where the building could not match the description of the building what we booked. It was 8 pm and when I tried to call at the number it said, it is not in use. although time to contact these people was until 10pm. A local tourist helped us to find the way out. Flat and property was overall clean but too much hassle to find it."

"Notre séjour dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles ne correspondait pas du tout à nos attentes. Les préférences pour les lits n'ont pas été respectées, et les terrasses, censées être privées, étaient en réalité des chemins d'évacuation sans sécurité ni intimité, avec des intrusions perturbantes directement devant nos fenêtres. Imaginez des gens devant votre fenêtre à 21h, en train de scruter l’intérieur et le matin vers 8h10, un enfant seul qui se balade devant votre chambre, sur la terrasse. Pas du tout...

"Nice spot for beach vacation well located near the English Channel coast and Bruges. Bungalows are a steep walk up from the parking lot. Bathroom shower is not enclosed with result that water gets everywhere."

"There was zero service. We saw no staff for the length of our stay. reception was closed throughout. Although breakfast is advertised as starting at 8am, when we arrived at the property and checked this we found out that breakfast had to be booked by 5pm the previous day. This was written in small type on a 'welcome' note. So no breakfast. The photos & description of the property imply that it is close to the beach. It isn't! Its at least 1/2 mile away across a busy road."

"The room had everything we needed and it was clean. The personnel was friendly and breakfast was very good. The negative side was that our room was next to the entrance/exit and the noise of ppl getting in or out didn't let us sleep. The room is a little bit outdated. However, overall our stay was good and yes I would return to this place."

"My wife and I stayed here with our grandchildren we all loved it. Plenty of room and 3 balconies. Very comfy beds and nice sized bedrooms. Only Downside is the steep stairs and the toilet is downstairs so going to the loo on a night is a bit of a problem but apart from that everything was good. Very near to the beach and restaurants and very good Baker. Bonus 2 bicycles for your use, excellent for the trip to the bakery"

"Heel goed gelegen en met bijna alle voorzieningen (geen keukenhanddoeken-dit zou moeten vermeld worden). het terras was wel echt te klein om op te zitten en ook de ingang is te eng om met bagage door te komen. Voor de rest alles prima in orde!"
