"I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this little gem. Reasonable rates, very quiet, good location, clean, good beds and bedding, towels were good. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. A couple of to-do's for the staff- our shower door didn't fit right and leaked water outside on the floor and there needs to be a brighter light around the bathroom mirror."

"Beautiful home with lots of (indoor) activities. We especially enjoyed the kitchen for preparing evening meals & all being together. A great feature for us was the sliding kitchen window (above the sink) - so we could pass things in & out; as we grilled most nights. (My husband cleaned the grill, it was kind of a mess). We also (adults), really enjoyed the "speakeasy" downstairs. We played pool (& card trivia) just about everynight, enjoyed drinks at the bar & music on the TV. Our friends' son watched "Twister" in the "Winstone Theater", (they had the DVD); otherwise we never used the theater, as we couldn't get it past the Roku screen. This wasn't really a big deal to us. The house had plenty of room, in fact we didn't even use 1 of the bedrooms upstairs. Beds were comfortable & showers were sufficient. All in all a great trip!"

"This property is in a great location in Olathe, five minutes to my daughter's home and less than 15 minutes to the hospital where my first grandchild was born. The host provided a nice kitchen with coffee and tea awaiting me, which was very welcome. Everything was very clean. I also appreciated having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in the showers and big, fluffy towels to dry off afterwards. We took time out to visit the stagecoach stop nearby, and I learned some of the local history. Seemed like a pretty safe neighborhood. I liked the key code system rather than trying to keep track of keys."

"The house was really clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of lounging chairs. The kitchen had the essentials to make ourselves breakfast. There was plenty of space to park both of our cars. The host sent us the information for check-in ahead of time and we had no issues checking in or out. The only complaint we have is that the AC did not work during our stay. It was quite late in the evening when we arrived back at the home and discovered that the house was really warm, and so we did not communicate the issue with the host at the time, because we were leaving early in the morning anyway. Otherwise I would rate the home 5*."
