Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the South of Mid Beach directly on the beach this location is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away from our pool area where we have two heated pools and hot tubs. HORA VACATION RENTALS manages many of the finest units at the Alexander. Apartment 819 at The Alexander (on the 8th floor) was newly renovated January 2013, larger 1200 square foot suite with 20 foot balcony facing south. This magnificent apartment has southern exposure getting sun all day. It has 2 large bedrooms with Master having 2 Queen size beds, sleeps 4, and guest bedroom has 3 twin size beds (of which 2 can be put together to form a king bed upon request), 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a large living room and dining area, well maintained and decorated with magnificent views of the ocean/beach, intracoastal water canal, and Miami City Skyline. This apartment sleeps 6-8 guests (rate displayed includes up to 6 guests, each additional guest $35 per night up to 8 guests). Our resort has some of the finest amenities along Miami Beach, so you feel like royalty during your stay. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs.
