"Embassy Suites had always been my favorite and go to for the family: however this particular Embassy Suites rooms reminds me more of an upscale Motel 6, rather than a true Embassy Suites feel! The amenities and location are good, but the room lacks much to be desired! The rooms are extremely outdated, and dirty! Our room 617 was NOT clean and the tub would NOT drain! I let the front desk know and they didn’t care what so ever! Upon checkout there was no one at the front desk, upon inquiring I learned they went into the back office and told the people they helped prior they’re going to nap.
Location to airport is great, the moment you walk in it looks great, it’s what behind closed doors that’s NOT great!
Be prepared to not sleep well with the airplane noise, they would benefit from upgrading their windows!"
