"Elevators dirty and room was very small"

"We have stayed here several times and always enjoyed it. However this time was not as good as we had become accustomed to. I paid for the "premium" room, but it was not as nice as some of the others I had stayed in. Also the bathroom was not as clean as I would expect. Then they only had one luggage cart, that was always in use. I had to make several trips to get everything carried. I will say staff was friendly, the ladies at the front desk very accommodating and the breakfast lady was so sweet! These made it not a bad trip, just wasn't up to the standards we have come to expect here."

"Its a high traffic area. A few restaurants close by. The ac worked great. They also have an elevator for those that need one to get to the second floor. Its very close to NRG. You could walk to it, no more than 2 miles"

"Thankful for very last minute accommodation when our VRBO and host were not accessible, but can't ever remember having to pay 40.00 for parking for each car. Unfortunate and expensive pivots for this one night stay! May have been better off driving the 3+ hours back home. "
