« The location is great to walk to the subway station (less than 10 minutes) and a drive to JFK is about 30 minutes. We went with elderly parents and a toddler who wake up early so it was nice being able to order an amazon grocery delivery order to have everything they needed once we arrived. Even with instructions, the driver dropped it at the main entrance door and not the side as requested so make sure to track the delivery. Inside, everything we needed was there. Before and during the stay...

When we were there, two different families came (one at 1:30 in the morning), thinking they had rented this place when they had really rented a different place by the same owner. So MAKE SURE you're at the right place.Having said that, it was a lifesaver for our Thanksgiving. « L'appartement est très propre. Quand on est arrivé là bas, ça sentait bon et c était d une propreté digne d un hôtel. Bien que ce soit un semi-sous sol l appartement est très lumineux. Il y a plusieurs fenêtres. Le lit est confortable de même pour le futon. On n a pas pu profiter du patio car on était souvent à l extérieur mais c était très mignon. L appartement est conforme aux photos. L appartement est situé dans un quartier relativement calme et à environ 10 minutes à pied du metro qui...

« I didnt like how when we checked in the place was dirty. The sheets on the bed wasnt washed, loud noises from the other ppl at late nite hrs, the back door to the patio (the lock is broken) everytime we left outside to go out and when we come back door was open n ppl came inside i dont know why? Or for what reason i dont know. But, i never left any valuables in there to steal. Was told i was gonna be reimbursed for a dinner and never was reimbursed. »

"The room was modern and the amenities were very practical (safe, mini fridge, and gym accessible at all hours). The staff was professional and friendly (especially the team that helped us with hot water on our first night). The location is very accessible, with the Metro line 7 to New York just a 7-minute walk away and a shopping center right across from the hotel. The housekeeping service was perfect, thank you! However, we did have a few "problems." When we arrived, we found a dry yellow stain on the toilet seat (we had cleaning wipes, but it was very visible...) and when we asked for a change of towels, one was covered in bloodstains. We showed the photos to the receptionist, who apologized. We found the breakfast very incomplete: bagels and slices of bread with only cream cheese, butter, or peanut butter as toppings... no ham, cucumber, or tomatoes. There were no hand towels and no cold water (which is important for people who don't want coffee, tea, or juice). There were steamed buns, which provided something substantial, as well as bananas. The breakfast manager made sure that everything was replenished. Our stay went well and I recommend this hotel, which, apart from the minor issues we encountered, met our expectations!"

"Une impression étrange : hôtel récent proposant une infrastructure moderne, mais en même temps un goût d'inachevé. Métro très proche pour aller à NY en 15 minutes. Pas de petit déjeuner, mais plusieurs options intéressantes autour. De même pour les restaurants. Et bonus : pommeau de douche (très rare aux USA)."
