"Cold weather, hvac kept room comfortable. There was only two kleenex in the box, Room was not up to Holiday Inn Express standard, but the pillows and mattresses were excellent. Breakfast adequate, but less than expected."

"Wheelchair accessible room was not ADA accessible at all. There was a false alarm and everyone was told over the speaker to evacuate but - no call was made that it was a false alarm- so I (an ambulatory wheelchair and walker user) had to walk down 4 flights of stairs to exit to the rain to go back in and have the staff standing there refilling coffee as nothing is going on. They could have at least called the people who booked handicapped rooms and told them it was a false alam. I could have been seriously injured. "
