"Room was fine, but guests the floor above kept pounding on the floor until midnight-hard to get any sleep."

"Nice big room. Beds were uncomfortable, way too hard and the pillows were plentiful but too soft! Everything else was fine, except the snacks they sell were ridiculously priced. $5 for a small bag of potato chips (the size you get as a side at a deli, smaller than the 99 cent bag at a gas station) and $8 for a bag of M&M’s! We left and went to the store"

"We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. We usually stay here becuase it has a great rate, good location, and is clean and quiet. This stay let us down. We booked on Hotels.com, and paid extra to have the option to pay at the property. The morning of check-in, our card on file was charged for the full amount of our stay including an incidental fee. When I called the hotel to inquire, I was told that the GM charged the card, but the desk agent didn't know why, and the manager was unavailable at the moment and couldn't speak with me. Fast forward to after we checked in, we were put on the 4th floor, which was our request. It was raining and windy, and all night you could hear the bathroom exhaust flap banging as it was flapping around in the wind. To top it off, this room didn't have an option to have just a fan on. You either need to have heat or air, so it was impossible to get remotely comfortable, as we were always too hot or too cold. I am definitely going to shop around before immediately booking at this location in the future."

"Initial issue with Evergreen getting reservation from Expedia - we were not showing in the Evergreen system: staff worked to get us the room we had set up with Expedia. Requested room cleaning half way through our 8 day stay but didn’t happen. May have been a staffing issue? Were able to get clean towels and other supplies via front desk staff. Breakfast included in room cost was decent with both hot and cold breakfast options. Curley’s, the in hotel bar, was a great place for an evening nightcap or late dinner/snack. "
